To submit a proposal to the Captain Planet Foundation for our consideration, here's a checklist of steps to take.

1. Check our Policies and Guidelines to be sure your proposal fits within the Foundation's guidelines.
2. Review Application Deadlines to be sure you understand when funding is recieved for each application deadline
3. Use our ONLINE PROPOSAL FORM.

Your proposal should be no more than 3 pages and include: a detailed line-item budget, co-sponsoring organization, your IRS tax exempt number, and how you plan to update The Captain Planet Foundation of your project's progress.

The receipt of your proposal will be acknowledged to the e-mail address you listed.
